This Privacy Policy explains what ProLoom collects, why we collect it, and how we use it when you create an account, connect LinkedIn, generate AI content, or use the app.
We collect the information needed to operate ProLoom, including account details, LinkedIn connection data, post content you create or schedule, and usage records such as AI generations and scheduling activity.
When you connect LinkedIn, ProLoom receives limited profile and authorization data that LinkedIn makes available through its API, such as your name, profile image, headline, account identifier, and publishing access token. We use that data only to identify your connected account and publish content you request.
When you use AI features, your prompts and relevant draft content are sent to our AI provider through OpenRouter so responses can be generated. You should avoid submitting confidential or regulated information unless you are comfortable processing it through that provider chain.
Subscription checkout and billing events are handled through Polar. ProLoom may store subscription metadata such as plan, status, and customer identifiers needed to manage access.
We keep account records, scheduled posts, and operational logs for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain the integrity of the platform, unless deletion is requested or required by law.
We use reasonable measures to protect stored information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You can disconnect LinkedIn, stop using AI tools, or stop using the service at any time. If you want account data removed, contact us using the details you publish for ProLoom support.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The latest version will remain available at /privacy-policy.
